There will be a check in table in the lower auditorium. When you arrive, please check in and then take a seat in the auditorium. There will be helpers to get dancers onstage for their routine and to get pictures taken afterwards. Parents are responsible for costume changes. We do not have anyone to help with that.
Defining Moment will be our photographer again this year. They will be here during all of Saturday’s stage rehearsal. All group classes will have their picture taken as a group in each of their costumes. All soloists will also have their picture taken. After recital, they will send us a link to give out to everyone and you will be able to go online and view the pictures and order the ones you would like.
As I’m sure most of you have noticed, we make a recital poster of each year’s routines to hang on the wall in the studio. We like to make sure we have each student represented on this poster. So even if you are not planning to order pictures from the photographer, we still need to have pictures taken of all students individually and of all group classes.
We are planning on having each group or solo run their routine and then take their picture. Soloists may choose to have their picture taken after they have run their routine in whichever of their costumes they would like pictures of.
Please make plans to arrive for rehearsal at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are late, you may not get to run your routine. We will be running on a tight schedule.
